Gris de Gris
AOP Sable de Camargue
This is the typical wine of the "Sable de Camargue" appellation : a pale colour, citrus notes and a slight acidity while retaining some freshness.
It can be enjoyed throughout summer meals, but it may also go well with exotic and spicy food, or as an aperitif with some tapas.
Average alcohol content : 12,5% vol.
Best served at 10-12°C.
Conservation : 1 year.
Grape varieties : Grenache Gris.
Aromas : Citrus and exotic fruits.
Les Saladelles
This is the name of a purple flower which only grows in the sand, near the sea. It is also the name of this blend of Marsanne and Roussanne which is vinified and aged for twelve months in 600 litre oak barrels.
The yellow flower notes in this wine will perfectly accompany fish, seafood or cheese.
Average alcohol content : 13% vol.
Best served at 12°C.
Conservation : 5 years maximum.
Grape varieties : Marsanne and Roussanne.
Aromas : Vanilla, yellow flowers.
IGP Pays du Gard
Les Baronnets
IGP Pays du Gard
This blend of Shiraz (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) reveals light and fruity notes.
It can be served with barbecues.
Average alcohol content : 13% vol.
Best served at 16-17°C.
Conservation : 5 years maximum.
Grape varieties : Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Aromas : Red fruits.
